Mentoring
Our latest Mentoring service has been specially designed based on our years of experience working in partnership with schools and the challenges of a young generation growing up in a digital age.
The service is centred on 1:1 personalised support that recognises and respects the difficulties, uncertainties and barriers to transformation faced by teenagers transitioning to adulthood.
The aim of this specialist service is to work consistently, proactively and relentlessly to ensure every young person engaging with one of our mentors is able to recognise, reach and realise their fullest potential.
Careers Guidance
Our Careers Guidance offer is a bespoke 1:1 service designed around the needs of each young person. At Relentless UK, we use careers guidance 1:1 sessions to introduce the idea of career planning and traditional progression routes.
In addition, we also build on each 1:1 session by providing support with creating a C.V, interview techniques and guidance on entering the world of work.
We are also happy to provide career calendar planning and support to organisations delivering careers events, job fairs or college/sixth-form open days.
